This product has some "pros" but a lot of "cons." It is completely water soluble, non-toxic and fast drying. However I believe this product creates frustration in children wanting to have their creations look like those "As Seen on TV." It certainly was frustrating for my 7 year old!

My child likes making rainbows, flowers, and butterflies using the wide sponge applicator and the rainbow technique, but she also enjoys using the narrower sponge brushes, and regular paint brushes from other paint sets, to use the colors individually to paint houses, people, boats and other items. As a parent I appreciate that it is fun, colorful, creative, not terribly messy & self-contained. the negative is that the paints get a bit muddied over time & the technique may be difficult for younger kids.

A Kid's Review
I thought the toy was cool.It is cool, but can get very messy after you use the white pad thing it gets dirty.It does not teach any thing.It is hard to draw any thing.I can only draw rainbows! Don't waste money on this!
