THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENT BY DEAN GRAZIOSI
Description: Dean Graziosi's Think A Little Better real estate course shows you all the different ways to find people who may be looking to buy or sell a great piece of Real Estate.

This guy is a clown Reviewer: Anonymous 04-08-2005
People, use your heads a little. Do you think you're going to learn how to be a millionaire for $39? Give me a break. After you call in they try and dig into your wallet much further. The $39 is just a teaser price to get you to call. You'd could learn more about real estate investing for free at your local library than you're going to learn from Dean Graziosi's $39 book. Dean definitely thinks a little different. He said to himself, "if I can get enough people to give me $39 I'll become a millionaire." Stay away from this guy.

We found this program to be full of helpful information, you can learn something from everyone but no one person knows everything. We recently took a 2 year lease option on a property but after 12 months of payments were able to purchase by refinance which saved alot of money. Also, because of sweat equity, the property appraised $9000.00 higher than the locked in sale price one year ahead of schedule. We also had a chance to develop a professional relationship with the owner who agreed to a 15% owner carryback and he took our $3500.00 on account off the back end so the property was purchased with "no money down". We actually got money back from the deal. And all of this with not such great credit. Think a little different folks! It is possible.

SCAMS, CONS AND RIP-OFFS, Reviewer: Anonymous 04-01-2005
This program is worthless. We were lied to from the begining and bought into a website that was totally worthless and had no exposure (even though they said it would go to 250,000 different classified ads) but it went NO WHERE, could not find it on the web. I'm hoping to send a message out to everyone about this fraud and thinking of running an ad in the newspaper so no one makes the same mistake we did. Fortunately, after speaking with Better Business Bureau and an attorney, we will get our money back. Don't buy into this scam, they will call to offer other programs that cost way more money for what the original program was supposed to give you. Think a little different alright.......think about losing your money.

SCAM! Reviewer: Anonymous 03-12-2005
I ordered the course "Think a Little Different", but as soon as I hung up the phone to order I called back to cancel. Odd that they didn't give me a ref# I asked is that all I need to do to cancel, do I need to call back to make sure my card does not get charged. I was assured it was all taken care of. But, no later than a week later did I receive the product. I immediately took it without opening it back to FEDEX and sent it back requesting my money back. I received an email to call, but when I did I could never reach the person I was supposed to contact. I would leave messages, call every day, even called my lawyer to have them send a letter to the company with still NO RESPONSE from Dean's company. I almost felt like a "bill collector" and they were hiding from me. Nevertheless, I was charge close to $300, still receive emails as if I'm a member of their real estate club, yet no one will return my phone calls. Yeah, I'm still pissed. DIRTY BUSINESS!!! By the way, if you order the $39 course they will sell you more on the phone and then never call you back!!

Should be outlawed! Reviewer: Anonymous 03-12-2005 I had ordered Deans kit it is like getting leaflets for what is suppose to be helpful information book-the video and audio cd"s are like listening to a pencil sharpener. He has a lot of hot air but nothing helpful to tell you. When you call to activate his web sight all they do is try and sell you programs of higher pricing than you just paid. The people he calls associates are just high pressure salesmen with little experience. -- A Cheap disgusting excuse for business.

Stay away from this snake oil salesman. Reviewer: Anonymous 03-05-2005 Do a Google search for Dean Graziosi and you'll see that just a couple years ago he was hawking a course called "Motor Millions" (a course about how to buy and sell used cars) through another one of his infomercials. Yet he claims in his "Think A Little Different" infomercial that he's been a full time real estate investor for 15 years. If that's true, then why didn't he come out with his real estate course first? He's just another carnival barker huckster trying to make a quick buck off the super hot real estate market. I ordered his course for $35 and soon after started getting calls from his "coaches" (aka marketing firm) trying to get me to spend $5,000 plus to enroll in their exclusive, "by invitation only" coaching program. In other words, if you have $5,000 of credit on one of your credit cards, you're invited. I wish I could give him negative stars.

I came close to buying it...I'm glad I didn't... Reviewer: Anonymous 07-05-2006 After reading your reviews I am sooo glad I did not call in to get it. I came very close to calling in to get it. In fact, I felt upset at myself later in the day for not calling and ordering it that morning.

I'm soooooo glad I did not order this product. Reviewer: Deneice San Diego, CA 03-27-2007 After reading all of the emails I'm so glad I did not order this course. It now sells for $79.00 on-line no phone calls and you order this with a 30 day trial and pay only the shipping charge of $2.95. If you like what you see you pay only a one time charge of $79.00. Yeah right one time charge of only $79.00 should have know it was a bait and switch deal. Thanks again everyone for all your vital information.Real Estate Investor

REDICULOUS! Reviewer: Anonymous 07-31-2007 I am one of the many suckers that fell for the product. They get you all pumped that youll make thousands of dollars in the first year of it. They guarantee you certain things that NEVER happen. Then when you call to confront them about it and get some money back, they get very irrate and offended which means it propbably happens to them quite often. I see most of you reported them to the BBB as I did. Did anyone out there actually get all of there money back? If you did can you email me how desireewhitney12@yahoo.com

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HEADS UP Reviewer: Anonymous anaheim. ca 09-16-2007 Thank you all for the reviews, I will not buy this progam.
I hope someone does something to sue this guys and his company.realtor

It's not Dean's fault Reviewer: Anonymous 11-23-2007 Every time I read a review it always says the same things.
