Buyer Beware! Reviewer: Anonymous 04-02-2004 I purchased the John Beck materials off the infomercial. The materials will take many focused hours of study with much additional research to fill in the knowledge gaps probably intentionally included. Then came the sales call. A gentlemen calls for a pre-qualification interview that is intented to screen out a select few who meet a criteria that gives you acess to a coach. Then the coach calls, WOW!! If you don't jump at the opportunity to sign up for anywhere between 4,500.00 to get phone coaching to 8,500.00 to actually meet Mr. Beck at one of his seminars you are told you are not the type of person they are looking for. Whew, that was close. By the way, the evening after I said my final good-byes to the first coach the coaches manager calls me the next day and tries to smooth things out with me to see if he can sign me up. I must be awfully special to garner such attention Huh?

Great! Reviewer: Anonymous 02-16-2005 I dont understand all the negativity. I invested 14k to work with John Beck's experts and I made 10 times plus on my investment in 8 weeks. This program changed my life no one is paying me to say this. I owe John Beck everything.

It's A Scam! Reviewer: Anonymous 12-22-2004 I've spent $5,400 and received 10 half hour worthless coaching sessions that taught me nothing. PLEASE learn from my $5,400 dollar mistake and don't buy into there sales pitch it is EXTREMLEY worthless. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

A Rip-Off! Reviewer: Anonymous 01-13-2005 They convinced me to invest $13,960.00 in their mentoring program. They said I would be their next TV infomercial success story. After they charged that amount to my credit card, the extended bullsh%! mentoring sessions began. After 4 calls, I was ready to cancel. They said they had a no refund policy. I am in touch with an attorney re this currently.

Save your money. Reviewer: Anonymous 02-22-2004 I bought John Beck's program only to find that
in CA you have literally hundereds of bidders
bidding on-line for these so called " pennies on
the dollar" properties, there is no way you can
actually purchase one unless you have big bucks.
This is something his TV informercial fails to
mention. Also, if you notice it's the same success
stories over and over. No one new.

John Beck is a Ripoff and I didn't even spend a buck Reviewer: Anonymous Florida 02-26-2006 I saw this crook on tv earlier today and thought wow real estate, yes you can make lots of cash if you do it right and was for sure skeptical (any infomercial makes me skeptical). I saw his number on the show and thought hmm 39.95 is not bad but this is way too easy to be real. Everyone would be doing this and not going to work. Look at the roadways in the morning with people going to work. It's too good to be true. Anyways, I went online, which I'm sure he hopes many don't do before they make a phone call and found out yes that this guy is a ripoff. Maybe he'll meet big Bubba in Federal Prison soon. I hope they nail this SOB. William J. Mckorkel was another ripoff with the real estate infomercial. They seized his and his wife's assets several years ago and put them in the big house for a while.
