This is such a wonderful product Reviewer: J. Pals 07-28-2005 We love cooking in our house but need to be careful of fat, high sodium etc. We are also a double working family with never enough time. I can't tell you how easy this rotisserie is to work and clean. Just stick the meat on, season it, put it in and turn it on. It dosnt smoke up your kitchen (just smells great) the grease dosn't burn to the pan after your done you just lightly sponge the drip pan off. The meat is tender & moist and taste better than any store bought meat. You'll say bye to the dried out greasy pre cooked chickens at the grocery store and have a roast like a fine cusine chef makes.

I have to agree that it does make a squeaking noise when it turns and with a few drops of oil it is quieter but not silent. I love cooking with this machine. I just prep my bird and set the machine. It allows me to prepare the rest of my meal and/or rest myself. I still check on it from time to time. My gloves have worked very well, I have only used them to lift the bird out to baste or remove it. They have not melted and just rinse them off with a little soap and water and reuse them over and over. Even better, clean up is a breeze. As long as you clean up after each use. There are not that many parts to clean and I usually line my drip pan with foil and that makes cleanup much faster Everything that has come out of my baby george has been absolutely mouth watering. I can't wait to try more stuff.
Can hear your chicken scream! Reviewer: Okan Minneapolis,MN 05-08-2005 This Rotisserie is a gift from underworld. Despite trying many different combinations we can not make it to operate silently. It creates a high pitch eerie screaming sound that disturbs even our neighbors! Gloves that came with it melted, it is very hard to clean, and definitely not worth the money paid Avoid at all costs!
