It does a pretty good job on inside windows. I like it because it leaves a streak-free shine. However, I think it has more to do with the fact that you use water instead of cleaner, and the cloth allows the water to dry extremely fast (a key to eliminating streaks). Overall the product is difficult to handle and doesn't get into the tight corners of windows. It does not work well on outside windows because it does not absorb the dirt like a regular rag. It ends up smearing the dirt all over and leaving dirt streaks. I think if you washed the outside windows first with a sponge and water, and then used the Glass Wizard, it would probably work fine. But then again, you've doubled your work. Bottom line: if you have problems with streaking--try this product. It's not as great as advertised, but it works.
