This was fairly easy to assemble. It is great for moving heavy things. It was tremendously helpful in moving two of my daughters into their college dorms. I've also used it to help with groceries. Overall i think it is great!

Putting this together took me about 20 minutes. It came with a tape that was really helpful, showing you how to assemble it. It works as a step ladder. This unit saves space - you don't have to have four separate products. This does it all. I would ONLY recommend this product for light use around the house or home office. DO NOT rely on this product to haul 800 pounds of material - it isn't gonna work out.

I love this trolley. You can use it for so many different things. I've used it to move a dryer, to haul newspapers, and as a step ladder. I have found that it is really sturdy.

I use the Total Trolley for everything from trash duty to carrying my 1,600 CDs. We stack our 26 CD cases, weighing about 20 pounds a piece, on the cart and wheel it around with no problems. That's well over 500 pounds! I bought the collapsing cases, too. They are very handy for groceries, small items, etc. The ladder set-up is fast, easy, and very stable. I feel very safe standing on the TOP rung - fully allowed. The versatility is endless. We use it to move furniture, carry several large sacks of dog food, just about every lifting job I used to do manually, I now let the cart do it for me. This cart is well worth the cost, and then some. I have no idea how I managed without it!

Handy and sturdy

At first this seemed like it was a bit heavy. It is, but that makes it sturdy. I have used it to move a chair and couch from one room to another as well as gardening supplies, mulch and plants to the back yard. This is a versatile item that is handy to have. I wish I had one sooner.

I had a party for my 4 year old's birthday and this came in very handy! I moved all the supply's for 50 people including tables, chairs, and food. It make my life 10 times easier and saved my back from any strain at all! This must be the most useful product that has come out in years!

This is generally a good product if you know what you are getting, but there are several things people should know before purchasing. First, the positive: (1) It is very easy to assemble and move from trolley to hand truck to ladder, (2) the trolley is very helpful in tackling small tasks.

Now for the negative: (1) The hand truck (a major reason for our purchase) only holds 150 pounds (it is only the dolly, being pulled, that can hold 800 pounds); (2) the bungee cords which appear large and thick in the pictures are significantly thinner and smaller than they appear; (3) the step ladder is only rated at 200 pounds (many men are well over this weight); (4) the accessories are greatly overpriced for what you receive.
