It does work.Stabilized my blood sugar and I feel better,more energy,than I used to.I used to feel like crap first thing in the morning.I was shakey and just generally felt run down.After about a month of taking three capsules a day,I definitely felt an improvement.More energy and I no longer feel jazzed up first thing in the morning.I also don't have to get up to go to the bathroom nine hundred times a night anymore.I'll admit I was skeptical at first,but,Im a believer now.After all,where do you think all those prescription drugs come from?...Plants.Do yourself a favor and let food be your medicine.Strengenths your immune system as well.I no longer catch colds and flu's like I used to.Good stuff!!
