Left Foot Hurts Reviewer: Anonymous 11-08-2004 I have been using these for a few days now. My right foot has adjusted comfortably to them but my left foot pains me when I use them.

Makes Shoes Too Tight Reviewer: Anonymous 04-23-2004 I have a small foot (size 5 1/2). These orthotics take up quite a bit of room in my shoe, so that it makes my shoe too tight.

Great! Reviewer: Anonymous 08-23-2004 I found that as I was getting older, I would wake up in the morning and hardly be able to walk. The pain was really intense in my heel. Since I've been using the Orthotics, I can wake up and get right out of bed without holding onto the dresser to try to get started walking.

Mixed Feelings Reviewer: Anonymous 11-30-2004 Sometimes when I wear them, the edges rub and chafe the sides of my feet. I do like them and my hip pain did go away. So I have mixed feelings about them.

Reduced pain in my feet by 95+% Reviewer: Mark G. Strickland Roseburg, Or 08-22-2005 I was having lots of pain in my feet, I would be in a lot of pain after 2 hours of being on my feet. And I still would have 6 more to go. Needless to say I took whatever chance I had to give them rest. When I first saw the infomercials for this product many years ago, I didnt think it could all be that good but it did make a good point. Those flimsy inserts that are everywhere and really do not help in easing the pain. I went thru several of those, even the gels ones and nothing helped. Then I said to myself what the hell, why not give them a try. It took me about a week or so to be accustomed to them. Put them in for a couple hours till it started to be painfull. But unlike the years of being on my feet and the still not being used to the pain, every day I was able to have them in their a little longer each time. And after that week and 1/2 I was able to be on my feet all day, and have virtually no pain. Where before the pain was like someone took a sledge hammer to it. I felt none of that. I would highly recomend these. Your feet will thank you.

Provides much needed support Reviewer: Warren King "psycho-g" Jersey City, NJ 04-10-2005 I saw these on TV and decided to buy them at a local mall to see if they actually worked, and they worked wonderfully. I've tried so many other insoles and arch supports over the years, and none of them ever gave me the support and comfort that these orthotics did. I do a ton of walking and my feet take a beating. Phase 4 Orthotics made a world of difference for me and I'd suggest them to just about anyone who can wear them. I would recommend replacing them every year at most (I've had mine for over two) depending on how much you're on your feet. Why spend hundreds on custom orthotics when you can get these for much less? Be advised that there is a break-in period for them and you should follow the directions accordingly.

Buyer beware Reviewer: Ray Reynolds "aposteis" FL 08-23-2005 Tammy writes: My husband ordered these inserts in March, 2005. In June, 2005, the order was processed and we received these inserts. By this time, forget it; we returned them following the exact instructions in the invoice and using their own return label. USPS reported delivery on 07/01/05 and as of today, 07/21/05, the refund has not been processed. Customer service (once I finally reached someone!) said a refund was not in process because the time for a refund had expired since the order was placed in March!!! I argued the point and was finally given a contact person and phone number in Refund Dept. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in that department. What a mess!

Phase 4 Orthotics just got better Reviewer: Ray Reynolds "aposteis" Jersey City, NJ 06-21-2005 I owned the original Phase 4 Orthotics and had them for about two years or so. They were really supportive and comfortable once broken in, but they did eventually need replacing. I was curious when I saw the new Walkfit model on TV and wondered if they were any better than the previous one. Let me tell you, they are SO much more comfortable than the original Phase 4 orthotics. What made this possible was the addition of three custom gel inserts for the arch. There are high, medium and low versions and you can switch to whichever one is most comfortable for you. They still recommend a break-in period for the orthotics, but I found them to be instantly comfortable once I figured out which insert felt best for me. I highly recommend these to just about anyone who can wear them. If you're looking for arch supports that actually support your feet and your whole body, these are the ones to buy.
