I believe this is the book/infomercial that has started the recent and growing cultural revolution with wholesome and organic foods, not to mention detox. The book has some good info but it's mixed with things that are quite loony. For example, he claims he's 70 years old and has personally seen aliens at area 51. One of the web links is scientology.org-- bingo. I'd say check out the book, but thankfully, the info that works is becoming available in a lot more places than this book.
