A Lot of Fun Reviewer: Anonymous 09-20-2003 The aerobics really keep the heart rate up while extending those hard-working limbs. I find the music very motivating & the short step aerobic routines are simple but fun. I would highly recommend this tape!
Great Results! Reviewer: Anonymous 05-29-2004 I think that the instructor's cueing could be better. I am still messing up after several weeks of watching this. I also feel she should emphasize the proper form more than she does.
I like the fact that the tape alternates between floor and step aerobics. I do feel that the results have been really great.
Highly Recommended Reviewer: Anonymous 07-02-2003 I really enjoy this full-body workout. I like its cross-training format. Aerobics are interspersed with toning. The workout can be individualized so you can vary the difficulty by the weight of your dumbbells and/or the height of your step.
Love It! Reviewer: Anonymous 01-20-2005 My favorite part of this tape is the back of the leg training. I still cannnot finish the whole set, which gives me something to work at. This tape really works your lower body and has some stomach work that I actually enjoy.
NOT Recommended Reviewer: Anonymous 08-27-2003 I don't feel that this tape gives you a good cardio workout. The cardio segment is too short to accomplish this. I am also not crazy about the instructor who seems to lack personality.
Not Challenging Enough Reviewer: Anonymous 07-20-2004 The ab section of this tape is not challenging enough. The tape is more of a strength tape than a cardio tape.
