DONT BUY THAT PIECE OF TRASH

I also bought this product through an infomercial. I immediatly opened the package and it all cheap plastic. I payed full price for this. When I tried to work my inner thighs it made a loud cracking noise as if it was broken. But indeed it was not broken. This "fitness equipment" is a waste of money and time. Better sit at home and do cardio instead.

    junk

I too bought this in a moment of weakness. Trying to lose excess baby weight. I thought it was ok at first....BUT, it doesn't have enough resistance for someone somewhat in shape already. I thought only the inner and outer thigh were decent. But then it started making a screeching noise, and now has broke....funny that it has broke, seeing as how the info that came with it pretty much said you can't break it. It has started coming apart at the joint part. I bought mine from the infomertial. And I went to the website, and there is no contact information, So I have been screwed out of $80. There is no number or address that I can get to to tell someone of my problems with it, to get a new one or money back....I would much rather have the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. You can do leg presses and lifts without any contraption and get the same results.

    practically unusable

First of all, there really is not enough resistance for this machine to work well for anyone who is decent shape already. It does work well for the inner thigh, but you have to squeeze away for a good 10 minutes before you feel the burn - you could just as easily be doing leg lifts for free. My biggest quip with this piece of crap is that it makes a horrendous SCREACHING noise about 25 reps into each session, and oiling it is not an effective option, because the grease just can't seem to find its way into the squeeky joint - its hiding in a plastic encasement. Mind you, this is no mild squeeking...this is a SCREEEEECHING so loud and horrible that its humiliating to work-out because I know my roommates and neighbors and wondering what the hell I'm doing in my room. DON'T BUY THIS THING.

    breaks easily

I am on my third bun and thigh max machine in the past two months. It works really, but, it breaks two easily. I used it the way the instructional video enclosed with it explained, and it still breaks easily. To bad, because it works, but I can't afford to keep replacing its.

I got this product in a moment of weakness and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made...what a waste of $60! It has no fitness value whatsoever I get more of a workout walking up and down the stairs in my house! Don't waste your money...it's junk!!!

    Don't Buy!!

This piece of equipment doensn't work at all, I would not recommend it to anyone. The commericals for the Bun & Thigh MAX are very disleading. Don't buy.

    Not worth it

There is not enough resistance to exercise any group of muscles I'm aware of. At this point I would feel guilty selling it at a garage sale. It went straight to the trash bin.

    scary piece of junk

I couldn't wait to try it. It kept snapping and nearly broke my ankle. I cautiously did lots of reps, but I didn't see any results. Most of the time it just would snap out of the blue, just when I was starting to trust it. I made sure I followed the very short video, but it just wouldn't quit snapping at my ankles, knees, etc. It also smelled really bad and made an obnoxiously loud noise. My kids would come running from the other side of the house to see if I was going to get snapped again. They'd try to move my legs faster so I'd be done quicker and stop that horrible loud squeak. I finally took it back and ordered the Body Flex instead. It works great.

    Doesn't work!

I bought this item and immediately took it home. I took it out of the box, did what the video said, and the cheap plastic knob in the middle would not hold in place! The entire thing was made of cheap plastic and nasty smelling foam. I took it back the very next day- I would never buy this product again- even if it were made of metal!

    Quick fix!
Reviewer: lila   Cresson, PA    10-25-2003
I LOVE my bun & thigh max! I never had ANYTHING work so quickly! I didn't realize I was to increase my reps to reach 90--so I was doing between 20-30 reps of each position per day--and STILL saw the results QUICKLY in my clothes fitting more loosely. I just couldn't believe it--plus, I was stunned how much of a cardiovascular workout it was!! My heart rate went up--well, it was wonderful--results so quickly!! (Actually, I bought a second one this week for a back-up--I don't want to be without this machine--gee, I'm sounding like a commercial!) P.S. I know I really love it because I HATE to exercise & this is the only thing I've ever stayed with on a regular basis. I know it's because it's easy with quick results!--- BRAVO!!!!! 8)
