this machine appealed to me because of the no-impact, seated features. it was extremely easy to set up and is quiet to use. i sometimes use it with no hands for just a lower-body workout.

my husband and i are near or over the weight limit but have had no problems after many uses over 2 weeks. my plan is to use it consistently 3x/wk for the rest of 2005 and i will amend my review at that time. it's easy to get the heart rate up, you can either use the full range of motion or partial range, and it seems to emphasize thighs and gluteus- - - with no back pain- - - and these muscles are the biggest ones, and the ones we want to work out. the seat is quite comfortable and supportive.

i hope it doesn't become a clothes hanger like some of the exercise equipment we've bought in the past. it doesn't scare the dog when we use it. that's a good sign.

Great machine. Especially for those w/ low back problems!

I've been looking for something that was low impact but still got my body going. This machine gives you a full body workout from a seated position that is low impact. No back pain!

With the DVD that is included, set up is a breeze. The cardio cruiser is well built and is extremely quite when in use.

This machine may be too easy if you are already in good/great cardio condition, but if you are trying to get back in shape (or have never been in shape), or if you have back problems or weak joints, this machine is for you.
