If you are looking for an energy boost, Zantrex will not disappoint. I'm not very sensitive to caffeine (I can drink several cups of coffee before bed without a problem), but two of these and I can't keep my hands from shaking. So, if you are a surgeon or something, you might want to stay away. But they definitely are caffeine intense. If you are the slightest bit sensitive to caffeine, DO NOT take 2 at once!
Other than making you all speedy, they don't do much. They don't claim to be an appetite suppresant, and aren't. I guess if you are really juiced on caffeine you might be more likely to work out, but to be honest it makes me paranoid about having a heart attack when mine's already pounding at rest. And having a quicker heart rate isn't going to help you lose weight alone, if you are still eating cheeseburgers and stuff.
One more warning: if you are looking for something to help you stay awake and concentrate (like, to study), be aware that it can be tough to focus when you are all jittery.
