Mixed Feelings Reviewer: Anonymous 08-29-2004 I found this nail polish did dry quickly and resisted chipping. But the decorating pens were difficult for me to use without a lot of practice. This might be a good idea for teens who are looking for a fun and cheap alternative to a professional manicure.

If you cannot draw, don't waste your money. I would recommend that the manufacturer include templates which would help people make the designs "featured on TV."
